Well, it depends. (I'm assuming you mean levels in the food pyramid as well.)
Organisms are ordered in trophic levels depending on what energy source they rely on, and how they provide energy for other organisms in the food web.
I mean, it's usually something like this :
The predators are usually on top of the pyramid.
